High transparency, strong toughness, self-adhesive stretch film

Xinghua Packaging's brand-new material adhesive type metallocene stretch film. This high-performance stretch film, formulated with 100% virgin PE and imported metallocene (mLLDPE), combines super toughness, long-lasting adhesion, high transparency and ultimate puncture resistance. It is specially designed for global export, high-end manufacturing and automated warehousing scenarios, comprehensively addressing the industry pain points of traditional stretch films such as easy breakage, insufficient adhesion and loose wrapping.

Brand-new raw materials are adopted, featuring a multi-layer co-extrusion formula of imported metallocene polyethylene (mLLDPE) from Exxon/Dow and a brand-new LLDPE, through precise molecular structure design

The elongation at break is as high as 500%-600%, and the tensile strength is 80% higher than that of ordinary films. The force is evenly distributed in both longitudinal and transverse directions. It does not crack when used on high-speed machines, does not collapse when manually wound, and is as stable as a rock when wrapping 2 tons of heavy goods.

Super strong adhesion, long-lasting without falling off: Exclusive tacky-increasing system, stronger self-adhesion on both sides, stable adhesion at room temperature and low temperature (-20℃), no loosening or scattering during stacking, long-distance sea transportation, and cross-border bumps.

High transparency and cleanliness, dust-proof and moisture-proof: very few crystal points, low haze, and transparency increased by 40%. Waterproof, dustproof, rust-proof and pollution-proof, it perfectly protects the appearance of electronic, food and precision equipment.

Thinning and efficiency improvement, green cost reduction: 15%-20% thinner than ordinary film, still maintaining the same strength, consuming less materials and having lower costs, in line with the global trend of sustainable packaging.
